My PDF Tools provides free, browser-based utilities to merge, compress, split, rotate, and convert PDF documents and images. The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantees about availability, speed, or suitability for a particular purpose.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload and process through this service. By using the service, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use, upload, and process the files.
• You will not use the service to store or distribute illegal content.
• You will not attempt to attack, overload, or otherwise abuse the service.

3. Temporary storage of files

In order to process your documents, we temporarily store your uploaded files on our server. We automatically delete these files after a short period (typically around 1 hour). However, we cannot guarantee that data is removed instantly from all backups and logs. Do not use this service for highly sensitive or secret information.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your original files.

6. Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you access the service from outside Croatia, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
